Keto Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:


• 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
2.Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
3.In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, until the garlic is fragrant.
4.Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are tender but still slightly crisp.
5.Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and fresh parsley if desired.
6.Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious keto dinner!
